FAQS
WHICH TRAINING ROUTE IS RIGHT FOR ME?
We can discuss this in full, and you can book a 121 assessment with your dog to establish this if necessary.
Some group classes and workshops may not be suitable for reactive dogs, but some absolutely can be adjusted to cater for such. We can chat about this on a case by case basis.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO TRAIN MY DOG?
How long is a piece of string! Every dog is different, depending the canvas we're starting with and what you'd like to achieve.
Puppy/beginner courses are typically eight weeks, but most people will continue training after this. Most team members in group classes now come along as a hobby or social, which is wonderful. Especially when they bring baked goodies!
IS MY DOG TOO OLD TO BE TRAINED?
Never! We should just expect that it may take a little longer to teach some things to the more 'senior' dogs. Imagine how long it'd take you to teach your nan how to use Tik Tok, or convince her to get on an aeroplane for the first time...
HOW DO I PAY? IS THERE A CANCELLATION POLICY?
Group classes and fun agility classes are paid for in blocks of five lessons.
121's, workshops and Team Walks are paid for on the day of training.
New clients will be required to pay in full on their first booking.
All of the above are subject to a 48 hour no exceptions cancellation policy. If you cancel, for whatever reason, within 48 hours of a booked class/workshop/session, you will be charged in full for that missed session.
