I joined Team Dog when my Rottweiler Buzz was just 6 months old. Lyndsay was recommended to me by a friend of mine after I had been looking for the right person to make sure he would grow up to be a friendly boy. She has done this and more, and I couldn’t thank her enough for the help and advice she is constantly giving me. He has made loads of best friends in his class and I have been able to speak to other owners for advice also. I look forward to our classes every Sunday to socialise and improve on new skills. We came to Lyndsay after having problems with our dog Rex with having really bad reactivity with other dogs. After a very thorough consultation with Lyndsay and 4 sessions out and about with Rex we have a totally different dog with no reactivity. Millie dog and myself have been seeing Team Dog Training for several months and have found it to be rewarding, engaging and really informative. Millie is a very confident and gregarious black lab puppy but along with Team Dog we have learnt the preliminary steps to some manners and good behaviour. In Jan 23, I rescued a 9 month old dog called Finley. He was a stray, very forceful & reactive. A later DNA test revealed that he is 1/2 Rottweiler/Dobernan & 1/2 Belgium Malinois/German Shepherd.
My mum has been training with Lyndsay for over 4 years & I would not have attempted to rescue him without knowing I’d have help from Lyndsay. From the start, we had a home visit where we put systems in place to help him & I’ve been having 1-2-1 lessons every other week. With Lyndsay’s help my & Finley’s confidence has grown so much - we do a mixture of lessons (in real life) like lead walking around Beccles & Halesworth as well as training at Lyndsay’s new field.
I’m am so grateful for Lyndsay’s help & guidance, I can’t believe how far we’ve come in such a small amount of time.

Lyndsay’s is definitely dog centred training. She wants owner and dog to have the best relationship. The training is fun, there is always a point to it which is explained and you can see the progress being made. Orla has come so far in our puppy classes and has become a lot more confident, so much so her best buddy is a Rottweiler! No longer unsure of big doggies!
Lyndsay has taught me how to catch her barking before she does it. She’s shown me the signs and how to keep her attention and focus on me and not her surroundings.

I love training at Team Dog! Lyndsay has created such a fun, safe and varied training environment and it is always the highlight of my week going to training classes. I have been training with Bonnie for a long time but Lyndsay still comes up with new and exciting things for us to learn. Recently, I have also started training with my Dobermann puppy, Lilah and we are loving all of the practical life-lessons that Lyndsay has been introducing us to such as the muzzle, grooming and learning to settle.
